Please find the “Preliminary Draft Agenda” as last updated today, up to now without detailed time schedule. To adjust the timelines we need from you to know, if you will prepare presentation to certain points of the agenda according the information given in the agenda points. Please send us by e-mail the name of author and the title of the presentation.

As to the leght of the presentations bear in mind that it is acceptable to be for:

-    main presentation in the Session I and II cca 30 – 40 minutes
-    co-presentation to the main presentation cca 15 – 20 minutes
-    national presentation indicated in the agenda cca 10 minutes
-    brief information on the national approach in the round table discussion cca 5 minutes

Acceptable time limit for main presentation in the Session III is cca 10 – 15 minutes.  There will be only short round table discussion opened at the end of each point in this Session (none additional presentations).

as I informed you by the previous e-mail, you can book your rooms in the Hotel Continental now (from tommorow July 20, 2010).

There was arranged so called „block reservation“ of „STANDARD“ single/double rooms by the organizers in the Hotel Continental, the venue of CEUREG Forum XIV. Meeting.

Prices of accommodation (with breakfast) are:

-          Single room („STANDARD“ room for one person)            1050,- CZK

-          Double room („STANDARD“ room for two persons)       1500,- CZK

The rate (19.7.2010) is 1 Euro = 25,43 CZK (Czech Crown).

Fill in the word CEUREG to the last box „Special requirements“ on the end of the booking form.

Prices of the rooms are after the price reduction, but only for the „STANDARD“ single/double rooms for one/two persons.

If you wish to book more luxury rooms, you can, but for a normal price.

Organizing and Programme Committee

It is a pleasure for me to inform you finally that we will organize our CEUREG Forum XIV. Meeting in Brno, Czech Republic,  from 7th to 8th October 2010 in the Hotel Continental Conference Centre, Kounicova 6, Brno, Czech Republic.

If you need for the visa purposes to get specific personal invitation letter, we are ready to issue and send it to you on request, after we receive your personal data needed to be included in the letter. In such case send an e-mail to josef.svaricek@srs.cz

The meeting will be organized by the Plant Protection Products Section of the State Phytosanitary Administration of the Czech Republic, Zemědělská 1a, 613 00 Brno, Czech Republic, in the

Hotel Continental Conference Centre, Kounicova 6,  Brno, Czech Republic.

For your accommodation we organized block reservation of single or double rooms for “CEUREG” price directly in the venue – in the Hotel Continental.
