If you want to participate and have not registered yet, please send the registration, nomination and delegates data for visa (if needed) forms to the e-mails of the organisers:

As the conference will be organised in a popular hotel, on the first week of September it is necessary to inform them about the number of participants. Smaller changes or changes in the persons are still possible after this date.

The reduced price (68 € / single room and 78 €/ double room ) is valid for the first 2 nights (from 13 Oct to 15 Oct).
If you want to stay longer, the hotel can offer the rooms for 88 € / single room and 98 €/ double room.

If your participation is planned but not sure, please infrom us about this fact.
