CEUREG Forum XXIII. will be organized in Budapest
by the National Food Chain Safety Office and the Ministry of Agriculture of Hungary
on 14th and 15th October 2019
in Danubius Hotel Helia****  H-1133 Budapest, Kárpát utca 62-64.
 

FORUM

CEUREG Forum is a technical conference for pesticides registration and control experts from Central and East European national PPPs authorities to provide them an opportunity for exchange information and experiences in this field.

Main topics:
I. Regulation (EC) No 1107/2009 Current Issues
II. Directive 2009/128/EC Current Issues
III. Official inspections
IV. Other International, Regional and Countries Issues in relation to Plant Protection Products since CEUREG Forum XXII.

We expect first of all colleagues from the Central and Eastern European authorities to the conference. This year there is more space for participants from industry, consultant companies and other stakeholders.

ACCOMMODATION

A so called „block reservation“ has been arranged in the Danubius Hotel Helia for the participants of CEUREG  Forum XXIII, as follows:

Standard single room : 98 EUR / room / night

Standard double room : 110 EUR / room / night

Prices include breakfast, WiFi, wellness and all taxes.

It is advisable to make your reservation till 31 August 2019. Then the possibility for reservation decreases.  You can book at this price on 19 September 2019, at the latest.

You can cancel your reservation free of charge also till 19 September 2019.

After this date you can reserve your rooms only at the actual price depending on availability.

OTHER IMPORTANT INFORMATION

Please note:

  • travelling and accommodation expenses are not covered by the organizer
  • as the program begins on Monday morning, it is suggested to arrive to Budapest on Sunday, 13 October 2019
  • all delegates are invited for lunch on both days and dinner on the 1st day
  • delegates from the national PPPs registration authorities and invited speakers do not pay any registration fee
  • delegates not representing authorities and not invited as speakers are asked to pay a registration fee of 150 €+ VAT = 190 €  for the purpose of covering their expenses concerning the conference

If you are not representing authority or official body and you are not invited speaker, please transfer the registration fee till 30 September 2019 to the following account of NÉBIH, belonging to Hungarian State Treasury:
